Crosspoint Residency Application

We want to thank you for your interest in the Residency program at Crosspoint. The Residency program is a two-to-four-year leadership development program for emerging leaders ages 18–25 who are recent high school graduates and feel called to vocational church ministry. The goal is to give hands-on ministry experience, personal coaching and leadership training to equip future church leaders for a lifetime of ministry impact. This application is an important tool for us to get to know potential residents better.
